Harnessing BA Resilience, through Strengths and Storytelling
Resilience is often talked about but perhaps are not always well understood. For many people, being aware of how to build their resilience to navigate through challenging times can be a defining quality.
This short workshop centres on the increasing need for resilience in the working life of the business analyst. Attendees will reflect on the challenges faced, personal learnings and traits of resilient people. Importantly, discussion will focus on the use of easily accessible approaches and strategies that can be adopted to build an effective resilience toolkit. The workshop offers insights to support personal development and many practical take-aways that may be used both personally and with your BA teams.

Corrine Thomas
Corrine Thomas is an experienced leader, qualified executive coach, and business analyst with over 30 years of working across a range of industry sectors. She has a proven track record of creating and transforming capability of business analysis practices and has many years’ experience of delivering business analysis on change programmes.
She is a certified NLP trainer, neuroscience practitioner and positive psychologist.
