Governance | IIBA® Bulgaria Chapter

The purpose of the Chapter is to promote the practice of business analysis, raise the profile of the business analyst role, and locally represent International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). The Chapter is run by a Board of Directors who are elected by Chapter members at the Annual General Meeting.

The Board meets on a regular basis to not only strategize and take care of general business but also to plan events, discuss guest speakers, and coordinate conference participation.

Chapter Goals

The Association aims to popularize the application of business analysis in the public and private sectors, to affirm the role and authority of business analysis as a professional activity and to represent the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) at the local level.
IIBA® Bulgaria Chapter has the following main tasks:

to raise the prestige of business analysis as a professional activity;
to assist its members to network and gain knowledge from recognized business analysts, professionals in related fields, as well as business and government leaders;
to provide its members with access to an established knowledge base and forums for the exchange of experience, and to help them build their authority within the professional community;
to support access to good practices in the field of business analysis;
to provide corporate support to MIBA at the local level, by conducting explanatory campaigns demonstrating the importance of business analysis and the role of MIBA;
to maintain and develop contacts with business and MIBA partners for the benefit of the members of the association.
